And with the help of the meridian climate and sun, we obtain olives of unique color, flavor and aroma to guarantee a Premium Quality Extra Virgin Oil.

These select fruits are picket at their optimum moment or ripeness, avoiding they touches the ground.

We mill the olives the same day they are picked using a careful process of cold extraction, always under ISO 9001 and 14001 quality regulations so all their charms pass straightly to the oil, this way we get pure olive juice, OUR OIL.
